• If you need to cancel a pre-order, please call (425) 239-7622 Prior to receiving a shipment notification. 
• If you are ordering a pre-order item with in-stock items, you will only be charged a shipping fee at time of order. You will not be charged again once your preorder has shipped.
• The date listed on a preorder item is an approximation and may be updated/changed as more information is provided.
